This Privacy Policy explains what information Digit collects, how we use it, and the choices you have.
1. Information we collect
- Account data: email address, optional display name, hashed password.
- Usage data: orders you place, the services and countries you select, transaction history.
- Payment data: we do not store card or wallet details. Crypto deposits are processed by NowPayments; we keep only the transaction reference and amount.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, and basic logs needed to run and secure the Service.
2. How we use it
- To provide the Service (deliver numbers, credit deposits, send receipts).
- To prevent fraud and enforce our Terms.
- To improve reliability and pricing.
- To contact you about your account or service-critical changes.
3. Sharing
We share data with the minimum number of processors required to run the Service: our upstream number provider (to fulfill rentals), NowPayments (to process deposits), our cloud database and email provider. We do not sell your data.
4. SMS content
Verification codes delivered to rented numbers transit our systems so we can show them to you. We do not read them and we purge SMS text from active orders after the rental ends.
5. Retention
We keep account and order history while your account is open, plus a reasonable period afterward for legal, accounting, and fraud-prevention purposes. You can request deletion of your account by contacting support.
6. Security
Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access to production systems is restricted. No system is perfectly secure — use a strong, unique password.
7. Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your data. Email support to exercise these rights.
8. Children
Digit is not directed to anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
9. Changes
We will post any material changes to this policy on this page.
