Refund Policy

Digit operates a fair, automated refund policy. You only pay for verifications that actually work.
1. Automatic refunds
- No SMS received: if your rented number does not receive a verification SMS before the rental window expires, the full price is credited back to your account balance automatically.
- You cancel before SMS: if you cancel a pending order before any SMS arrives, you are refunded in full.
- Provider outage: if an upstream provider fails to deliver a number after we charge you, we refund automatically.
2. Non-refundable
- Orders where at least one SMS code was received.
- Orders marked "Done" by you.
- Cases where the verifying third-party platform rejected the code (we delivered the SMS — the rejection is between you and that platform).
3. Deposits
Crypto deposits credited to your balance are non-refundable to the originating wallet. Your balance remains spendable on the Service indefinitely.
4. Disputes
If you believe a refund was missed in error, contact support with the order ID and we'll investigate. Most cases are resolved within 24 hours.
