These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Digit (the "Service"), operated by The Hubs ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
Digit lets you rent temporary virtual phone numbers to receive SMS verification codes for third-party platforms. Numbers are sourced from upstream providers and resold on a per-rental basis. We do not own the underlying mobile ranges.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract in your jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of rented numbers complies with local law and the terms of service of the platforms you verify on.
3. Account & balance
Funds added to your account balance are stored as USD credits and may be used only to rent numbers on Digit. Balances are non-transferable. Crypto deposits are credited once the upstream payment processor confirms the transaction.
4. Acceptable use
- No fraud, identity theft, money laundering, or evasion of platform bans.
- No use for spam, scams, harassment, or any criminal activity.
- No automated scraping or resale of our pricing or API responses.
- One person, one account. Multi-accounting may be terminated without refund.
Violations may result in immediate suspension and forfeiture of balance.
5. Pricing & availability
Prices update in real time based on upstream supply. The price displayed at the moment of purchase is the price you pay. Numbers may go out of stock without notice.
6. Refunds
See our Refund Policy. In short: if no verification SMS is received within the rental window, your balance is refunded automatically. Successful deliveries are non-refundable.
7. Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee delivery of any specific SMS, compatibility with any specific third-party platform, or uninterrupted availability.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
